Replenish. We’ll replenish nutrients the body needs to power our optimal selves. You’ll replenish with fiber to feed the microbiome, with plant diversity for maximum antioxidants, and with key cofactors to fuel the busy liver. We’ll pack all of this and more into a delicious menu featuring the cauliflower rice tahini bowl with spirulina tahini and the green tonic smoothie.
Reset. Your body finally has an opportunity to rest from sugar, alcohol, preservatives, fillers and inflammatory ingredients. When we’re overloaded with toxic substances day to day, troubling symptoms and chronic disease result. But, for 10 days we’ll reset through a combination of rest and the healing power of food.

What will I be eating?
The most potent healing foods in the form of delicious, simple home-cooked food. The meals are carefully crafted to optimize your nutrient intake and to support the processes of detoxification and cellular repair. Your plates will be colorful, satisfying, diverse and tasty. All meals are plant-based and can be 100% vegetarian or vegan.
How much cooking is involved?
You’ll prepare all your meals throughout the 10 days. And this program makes cooking real food ingredients as easy as it gets! You’ll be guided in the efficient and low-stress preparation of all meals with comprehensive support. Past participants remark at how much they learn, not only about themselves and about nutrition, but also about incorporating more cooking in a way that fits their lifestyle.
What equipment is required?
In addition to basic kitchen tools, the stovetop, oven, and plenty of fridge space, you will also need a blender or a small food processor. It makes things easier if you have some freezer space, too, but this is not required.
Is this a detox?
Yes, and it’s important to distinguish how Replenish & Reset approaches detoxification.
The body is designed to detoxify, but in our modern world it’s so easy to overburden the detoxification process. We’re exposed to toxins everyday just by living, breathing and eating. A burdened detoxification system often results in troubling symptoms. With time and without maintenance, impaired detoxification can lead to chronic disease.
In Replenish & Reset, we’ll get out of our own way for 10 days. We’ll reduce the burden on our body by eliminating exposure to toxic and commonly inflammatory foods including processed foods, pesticides and herbicides, dairy, gluten, sugar, nightshades and soy. We’ll replenish with nutritious food capable of supporting our natural detoxification system, and we’ll incorporate practices to give our body every advantage to carry out its functions with ease.
Do you recommend Replenish & Reset if I’m trying to conceive?
Supporting detoxification is an excellent idea to prepare your body fertility. Plan to space Replenish & Reset 3 months or more before trying to conceive.
How much should I expect to spend on groceries?
It depends on where you live, how your pantry is currently stocked, and so much more. For context, in the past participants have spent up to $300 USD on their groceries for the 10 days.
How often do you recommend doing the Replenish & Reset program?
It’s helpful to reset once per year, which coincides with the live group session.
Keep in mind, Replenish & Reset is not an instruction in how to eat everyday. The reset is built specifically to be a short-term, therapeutic program. While there is an abundance of nutrition education as well as practices and recipes you can apply to everyday life, I do not advise replicating the 10 day meal plan regularly nor without guidance.
I’m intimidated. Will this be difficult?
Everyone who has attempted the 10 day reset has completed it and says they would recommend it to a friend. There may be difficult moments making time to cook or craving certain foods. Rest assured you have support, accountability and so much waiting for you at the end of the program. YOU can do it!
I’m still not sure if Replenish & Reset is for me?
Most people can benefit from this 10 day program, though I do not recommend it for pregnant mamas-to-be, breastfeeding mamas, or if the idea of restricting certain foods for a period of time sounds triggering to your relationship with eating.
