Meal prep as self care While working from home, finding the time and focus to make lunch is often a challenge. Bonnie will guide you in her method for meal planning and prep. You’ll put it to the test making a simple, delicious meal together. 

Revamp your pantry Comb through your kitchen staples with the guiding hand of a nutritionist. You’ll learn quick wins to up-level the food in your kitchen and discover how to throw a meal together with what you have on-hand.

Snacks transformation Reclaim snack time when you learn which snacks are best for YOU and why. Bonnie will show you her method for how to find your best snack. Enjoy creating simple, tasty snacks together.

Lunch & Learn

Invite us to lunch and we’ll bring an inspiring nutrition spin on a topic of your choice. Part lecture and part workshop, topics stand on their own or can be woven together in a cohesive series. This format is 100% virtual for now.

Mindful eating HOW you eat is as important as WHAT you eat. We’ll practice eating as you’ve never eaten before and learn how to practically implement more mindful eating day to day.

Detox made simple We’ll walk through all the small, everyday ways to detoxify the body. Supporting the liver in its mission to detoxify is more actionable than it sounds. Find out what you can do.

Energy all day What you eat has a direct impact on your energy levels. Though the formula isn’t tough to crack, it might not be what you expect. We’ll start by examining our breakfast.
